That's the thing, though. The actual neurodiversity movement isn't concerned with a NT vs. ND narrative. It's about getting both NT and ND people to understand that the brain is more complex than we're taught it is. And that there's a diversity among neurotypical minds and neurdivergent minds. All other approaches is due to the "neurodiversity lite" movement.

I just saw the posts you shared with me on Twitter too- I don’t think I heard of “neurodiversity lite” as a concept before but to be honest I guess that is more of what I was trying to be critical of! Makes it worth while to edit and rephrase some of this actually, so thank you for sharing that.
